I have difficulty using correct page numbering (E3).
• Always start page numbering on a right-hand side page.
• Do not include a page number on the title page, on the page describing copyright provisions and on the page containing eventual dedications (for…).
• Page numbers are optional for the Table of contents, List of Figures/Tables and foreword.
• Include page numbers in the Executive Summary, Preface/acknowledgements, List of abbreviations/acronyms, Notes to contributors and the Introduction.
• Use lower case Roman numerals (i, ii, ix, xv) as page numbers for pages between the title page and the introduction.
• From the introduction onwards, use Arabic numerals.
